One to One Personal Training
Individual coaching focused on strength training, tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Includes ongoing support with training, nutrition, and habit-building. Ideal if you want focused, in-person guidance and accountability to build strength, confidence, and consistency.1-2 sessions per week: £200 - £320 per month
Small Group Personal Training
Strength-based training in a supportive small-group setting (max 3 people). Welcoming women, non-binary, and trans individuals. Two 50-minute sessions per week, plus ongoing lifestyle and nutrition support. Perfect if you want the structure of 1:1 coaching with the energy and motivation of training alongside others.Want to give it a go? The first week is free!£149 per month


Online Coaching
Fully remote coaching with a personalised strength program, monthly video calls, weekly check-ins, and form feedback. Includes support with nutrition, habits, and lifestyle. Great if you want flexible, expert guidance from anywhere — whether you're a beginner or ready to level up.£110 per month (add on in person sessions available at an additional cost)

About me 💭
I didn’t feel like I belonged there. I was the girl who got teased for her size, who bounced between diets, binges, and guilt. I believed I’d never be “a fitness girl.”Seven years ago, I made a new year’s resolution to change — not expecting much. Like many people, I started going to the gym chasing visible abs and a “better body.” It was intimidating and uncomfortable.But I did start to enjoy it — not because I looked a certain way, but because I felt strong and capable for the first time. That said, the dieting didn’t stop. I was still chasing smaller, still stuck in restrict-binge cycles, still convinced that reaching a certain look would finally make me feel better.It wasn’t until the last year or so that I truly saw how unhelpful — even harmful — that cycle was. The training stuck, but the mindset had to shift. And when it finally did, everything changed.I realised the abs I once nearly had in the right light didn’t actually make me feel better. If anything, they cost me joy — spontaneous beach days, summer ciders, meals with friends. The goalpost kept moving, and I was never satisfied.What did help?Learning to fuel my body without guilt
